I have finally managed to screencap my “Belle Épine” dvd so we now +1500 high quality screencaptures of it in the gallery. The film received great reviews (and in my opinion well deserved) which praised Léa’s portrayal of Prudence Friedmann which won her a César nomination. On a personal note, I found it really cute that Léa’s own mother played her character’s on-screen mom. I really enjoyed the film and I’d recommend it to everyone. If you haven’t seen it yet make sure you do as it’s a must-see for Léa fans.

I’m a little late on this but Léa is on the cover of the spring issue of Bullet Magazine. The editioral looks beautiful! For now we just have the cover on our gallery (if someone has the rest of the scans, they’d be highly appreciated). Take a look!

In other news, two of Léa’s recent projects have been released on dvd! – Belle Épine & Petit Tailleur.

As you probably already know the Cannes Film Festival opens tomorrow night with the premiere of “Midnight in Paris” and Léa is attending so expect lots of updates and pictures in the coming days. Thanks a lot for visiting!

The first trailer for “Midnight in Paris” has been released and Léa is in it, very briefly though, but at least we can catch a glimpse of her! I’ve added the screencaptures to our gallery. Enjoy!

In other news, here‘s a very interesting interview with Belle Epine’s director Rebecca Zlotowski in which she talks about the movie, Léa and her role. Definitely worth a read!

Exciting news, it is been announced that Léa will play Louise in second narrative feature of the talented swiss director Ursula Meier (she was discovered in Cannes Critics’ Week in 2008 with “Home”). The film which has just started filming in Switzerland is titled “L’Enfant d’en haut” (“The Child From Above”). Sounds promising!

She has also been featured in the newest issue of Purple Magazine in a stunning editorial she did for the Chanel Spring/Summer 2011 collection. If anyone has these scans in better quality, they’d be greatly appreciated!
