The first trailer for “Midnight in Paris” has been released and Léa is in it, very briefly though, but at least we can catch a glimpse of her! I’ve added the screencaptures to our gallery. Enjoy!
In other news, here‘s a very interesting interview with Belle Epine’s director Rebecca Zlotowski in which she talks about the movie, Léa and her role. Definitely worth a read!
Exciting news, it is been announced that Léa will play Louise in second narrative feature of the talented swiss director Ursula Meier (she was discovered in Cannes Critics’ Week in 2008 with “Home”). The film which has just started filming in Switzerland is titled “L’Enfant d’en haut” (“The Child From Above”). Sounds promising!
She has also been featured in the newest issue of Purple Magazine in a stunning editorial she did for the Chanel Spring/Summer 2011 collection. If anyone has these scans in better quality, they’d be greatly appreciated!
I have also added to our gallery some new stills from “Belle Épine”, including a very beautiful but different version of the film poster. Check them out!
Léa has attended the ‘Les César du Cinema‘ gala this evening in Paris. She was nominated for “Meilleur Espoir Féminin” for her role in ‘Belle Épine’ but the lovely Leïla Bekhti has won that category. Congratulations to Léa anyway! Being nominated is such a big honor and after the amazing year she’s had, couldn’t ask for more.
She looked beautiful and sophisticated in a black and white gown. Take a look at the pictures I’ve uploaded to our gallery. Make sure to keep checking back as I’ll be adding pictures later.
Léa is on the cover of the Ten Year Anniversary issue of the UK based magazine “Another Magazine”. Here’s a very cute interview that you can find on their site in which she talks about her most recent projects, her inspirations and what she likes to do on her free time. Check it out!
Here’s the trailer of Léa’s latest project, a romantic drama directed by Djamshed Usmonov called “Le Roman de Ma Femme”.
This is the synopsis:
A woman learns to enjoy life again after her husband disappears leaving behind huge debts
In other news, you can read Léa’s featurette in Aeroports de Paris that I mentioned in my last post on their website. It’s definitely worth reading as you learn more about Léa and for a change, it’s in english!
Also, Léa is on the cover of Aeroports de Paris Magazine, a magazine which, like the title itself says, is only available in Parisian airports. If anyone could grab a copy and scan it for the site, it would be highly appreciated!
