The 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival is approaching its end but today’s the turn to present ‘La Vie D’Adèle’ and LĂ©a has been pictured with co-star Adele Exarchopoulos and the director Abdellatif Kechiche at the film’s photocall and press conference this morning in Cannes. I’ve uploaded quite a handful of pictures to the gallery and will be adding more throughout the rest of the day, enjoy!

Tons of news about LĂ©a this week! She’s been officially added to the cast of “The Grand Budapest Hotel” by Wes Anderson on IMDb. She will play alongside big names such as Jude Law, Bill Murray, Willem Dafoe, Tilda Swinton and (again) Owen Wilson. She will also play Loulou de la Falaise next to Gaspard Ulliel in the “Yves Saint Laurent” biopic, directed by Bertrand Bonello, and will star in the new project written and directed by BenoĂ®t Jacquot, named “Trois Coeurs”, that will see also the participation of Charlotte Gainsbourg and Catherine Deneuve. Plus, according to Ad Vitam, “Grand Central” by Rebecca Zlotowski will be out on June 26th. Rumors says that both “Grand Central” and “Blue s the warmest colour” will be presented during the Cannes Film Festival. All we can do is cross our fingers and hope to see her on Cannes’ red carpet. With a striking blue barnet crowning Léa Seydoux’s smile on the cover of i-D’s Lights, Camera, Action Issue, we declared the stunning French actress to be a chameleon. For her latest act of immersive illusion, she becomes one with a cute and dreamy Parisian world, crafted by Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola, whilst entrancing two suitors on film and capturing the hearts of its viewers. Here we share the Prada Candy L’Eau trilogy and get close enough to smell the sweet scent of Léa Seydoux chatting Candy, perfume routines and favourite films with the sugar-coated star.
Tell us about your character in the Prada Candy L’Eau films?I play Candy. She’s a wholesome and impulsive young woman who can sometimes appear a little maladroit, which makes her a more rounded character. In the films she dances and flirts and ultimately decides to love two men at the same time. It’s rather like a three-way love story in the spirit of the film Jules et Jim. As you can imagine, there are a few complications, but for this moment in time she succeeds in leading this rather unique life.
Why can’t she choose between them? Candy does not want to choose between Gene and Julius because the two of them are so complementary, because neither Gene nor Julius would be enough to make her happy.
Are you as sweet as candy? I am similar to Candy in that I see myself as a modern young woman, someone who isn’t too precious about herself. Candy and I also share this sense of impulsive femininity, which is something I define myself by. (more…)
